Die casting Cases

HomeDie casting Cases

We mainly produce and process zinc alloy casting part and plastic injection molded parts, On aspect of metal die casting, we supply zinc alloy casting components, Automotive and communication electric parts is our featured advantage. Custom Die casting parts are Based on meeting custom service from different requirements. The follow is our successful projects about zinc alloy die casting cases. With some practical applications for zinc alloy die casting cases.

Zin Alloys For Die Casting Cases

As an OEM die casting manufacturer, we use a variety of zinc alloys to produce custom zinc die casting components tailored to specific performance, dimensional, and application requirements. The below as various zinc alloys die casting cases.

  • Zamak 2 is a zinc-aluminum alloy containing approximately 4% aluminum and 3% copper. The higher copper content significantly improves hardness, tensile strength, creep resistance, and wear resistance. It is commonly selected for structural components subjected to heavy loads or repeated friction. Like industrial gears, bushings, bears, machinery components and heavy-duty hardwares.
  • The most common zinc alloy, Zamak 3, which contains zero copper content, owns best fluidity among all zinc alloys. It is suitable for ultra-precision, steady dimensional, flexible complex geometries and superior surface finish cast parts mass production on scale. These components are often used for communication equipment, signal tower, data center and IoT & 5G terminal device IEM shielding housings. Allow thin-wall miniature precision die casting parts, minimal wall thickness is up to 0.5-1mm.
  • Common zinc alloy, Zamak 5, which contain copper content by 1%, makes the zinc alloy more harder and tensile strength, and become highly wear resistant and moisture resistant. This kind of zinc alloy is selected to make some precision medium sized cast parts exposed outside and worse weather environments. Like door handle, mirror housings, antenna and brake blade in automotive industry, decorative hardwares and camera housings
  • ZA-8 (Zinc-Aluminum 8) is a high-performance zinc-aluminum casting alloy containing approximately 8.4–8.8% aluminum, 0.9–1.3% copper, and a small amount of magnesium, with the balance being zinc. Compared with standard Zamak alloys (which contain about 4% aluminum), ZA-8 offers significantly higher strength, hardness, and wear resistance while maintaining excellent castability. The kind of zinc alloy can work at lower melting temperature through hot chamber die casting technique. Die casting parameter should be optimized consistently to balance mold flow for the special metal alloy that contains high copper and aluminum.
