What is ODM Services?

ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services involve designing and manufacturing products based on a company’s requirements but under the brand name of the client. This is a common practice in industries like electronics, fashion, and consumer goods. Where companies want to outsource the design and production process to a third party while focusing on marketing and sales.

From a simple picture to bulk production for the real product, is called ODM service , We generally show some good design solutions for products to client. This is first step ,beginning from our product design, our engineer raise a few reasonable product design solutions , hand to our sale person to send client for a further talking for the project. The design solution have decided by client, and sign the contract, then our engineers begin to draw the product visual 3d files, and sent by our sale person to client for a confirmation.

After the client decided, our engineers should make the mold in according to the visual 3d model, then manufacture the mold and die for visual 3d model, until getting a real product. We should remark that the mold is manufactured for client, even to on which engraving customer’s logo. So we send the first samples to the client for a confirmation. When the first samples sent to the client is checked and confirmed, we will arrange a bulk production for a lots of the product. This also include of Custom OEM order.

In summary, ODM services almost contain all procedures is provided by us, only customer present some pictures and some pictures of products usage scene to us. From product design to bulk production, all process procedures are handled by the manufacturer. This is a more challenge project. It need experienced-well operators and sophisticated engineers.
