Beginning building own mold room

With an increase in the number of die casting machines, casting dies can be made by us, so we build our own mold room where all casting dies are manufactured and repairing and modify these dies during producing zinc alloy parts by dies. Move to 4500 square meters Factory

With growth of business of company, Order quantity is kept to be up in stable, Our factory should have enough space to meet production requirements. In may 2018, we move to 4500 square meter factory from our small scale factory on 2800 square meter or so, and employee number reach to over 100.

Building two polishing streamlines

In order to meeting surface finish of more zinc alloy casting parts, We set up two polishing streamlines, and purchased 10 sets of high speed polishing machines made in Germany. Increase production efficiency ,and save more time and labor cost.

Set up plastic injection workshop

Produce auxiliary plastic parts for zinc alloy casting products. Since then, we can finish a complete commodity. All plastic parts for those zinc alloy casting products will be produced by us ourselves. We have become a comprehensive industrial factory.
